5, the steam valve and cooling valve can not be started at the same time, the steam pipe passing gas is not allowed to hammer and collision.

6. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the backwater valve and then enter the water valve. The cooling water pressure shall not be lower than 0.1 mpa and shall not be higher than 0.2 mpa.

7, water ring vacuum pump, to start the pump before the water supply, stop the pump, stop the pump after the water, and should remove the water in the pump.

8. Check the operation of the reactor at any time, and stop the reactor for maintenance if there is any abnormality.

9, cleaning titanium epoxy (enamel) reactor, do not brush the reactor with alkali water, pay attention to do not damage the enamel.

10, shovel pot must be cut off the blender power, hang warning board, and set up supervision.

11, stainless steel reactor must be carried out regular technical inspection according to the requirements of the pressure vessel, the inspection is not qualified, shall not run.
